As the accounting manager your job is to supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities. You will establish financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information.:
-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
-Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc
-Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
-Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
-Coordinate and complete annual audits
-chReview of accounting and administrative controls
-Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
-Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
-Meet financial accounting objectives
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Direct and participate in cost analyses and rate studies
المهارات
- Experience with Oracle ERP
- Experience with Focus accounting
- Excellent communication skils in arabic and english.
- Knowledge of local laws especially HR
- Experience with foreign purchases and costing
- Experience in inventory management.
- Excellent knowledge of internal control

كمدير المحاسبة عملك هو للإشراف ومراقبة وتقييم كافة الأنشطة المحاسبية يوما بعد يوم. سوف تقوم بتأسيس المركز المالي من خلال وضع وتنفيذ نظم لجمع وتحليل والتحقق منها والإبلاغ عن المعلومات المالية:أدرت والإشراف على العمليات اليومية لقسم المحاسبة
الشهر -Process وعملية نهاية العام، والحسابات الدائنة المستحقة، وإيصالات / النقدية، دفتر الأستاذ العام، والمرتبات والمرافق العامة، والخزانة، ووضع الميزانيات والتنبؤ النقدية والإيرادات وتحليل التباين النفقات، والأصول الرأسمالية المصالحات، والتسويات كشف الحساب، تحقق أشواط، النشاط الأصول الثابتة والنشاط الدين الخ
-Monitor وتحليل البيانات المحاسبية وإعداد التقارير المالية أو بيانات
-Establish وفرض المحاسبة الأساليب والسياسات والمبادئ الصحيحة
